Alex Davison is a restaurant Wine Director and a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. He has worked in many positions throughout his almost decade of experience in the service industry; from dishwasher to server, bartender to sommelier.
At his current restaurant, Alex maintains a 1,000 bottle cellar while also creating two tiers of wine pairings that accompany an ever-changing chef’s tasting menu. This allows him to feature both classic and off-the-beaten-path wines while telling the stories of winemakers from all over the world.
Alex created this site to encourage and educate all wine lovers with a focus on those studying for certification.
